Bridgeport fell 40-14 at home to Carrollton Ranchview last Thursday in its final non-district game. The Bulls are 1-4. Bridgeport trailed 20-0 after the first quarter and allowed five touchdown passes. District 3-4A play begins Friday at home against Mineral Wells. Kickoff is 7 p.m. Mineral Wells is 2-3 and coming off a 42-21 loss to Godley.
Bridgeport cross country ran the Decatur Reunion Run last Thursday. Boys placed 11th, girls 20th. Next meet is Wednesday at Stephenville.
