Mineral Wells opens District 3-4A play Friday at Bridgeport. Kickoff is 7 p.m. The Rams are 2-3, coming off a 42-21 loss to Godley. Jackson Hicks had a 32-yard touchdown run and a receiving touchdown. Bridgeport enters as 1-4.
Lady Rams volleyball hosts Brock Tuesday. They are 10-17 overall after losses to Glen Rose and Stephenville. Cross country teams prepare for the district meet after running at the Decatur Reunion Run last week.
