The Alvord Bulldogs finished the 2025 season with a 9-3 overall record and an undefeated 6-0 mark in District 6-2A Division I play, capturing the district title. Alvord outscored opponents 514-220 on the year and rolled past Wolfe City (62-28) and Hico (51-14) in late-season play before falling 41-23 to Carlisle in the state playoff round. Senior Zane Fuentes powered the ground game with multiple big rushing performances, including 240 yards and three touchdowns in a win over Tioga. The Bulldogs’ balanced attack and district dominance fueled a standout season.
