All Saints girls basketball is beginning to hit its stride at the right time.

The Lady Saints have won back-to-back games, starting with a milestone victory earlier in the week. All Saints earned its first TAPPS District 1-5A win by holding off Fort Worth Christian, 41-34. The momentum carried into Friday, when the Lady Saints protected their home floor with a 53-43 non-district win over Parker-Tarrant Home School.

With the pair of victories, All Saints improved to 5-7 overall and 1-3 in TAPPS district play. The Lady Saints return to district action Tuesday on the road at Arlington Grace Prep.

On the boys side, All Saints split its two TAPPS games last week. The Saints edged Fort Worth Christian on Tuesday, 54-52, but could not keep the momentum going Friday, falling to Grapevine Faith Christian, 73-54. The Saints are now 6-13 overall and 1-3 in TAPPS play.

Soccer continues to be a bright spot for the Saints. The boys picked up a 3-2 TAPPS win over Southwest Christian last Thursday and are now 5-1-1 on the season. The girls are off to an outstanding start as well, improving to 7-1 after a 3-0 shutout of Southwest Christian.

Both All Saints soccer teams will be back in action Monday at home against Fort Worth Christian.
