he Krum High School baseball team will look to rebound this week as District 10-4A play continues with a home-and-home series against Prosper Richland. The Bobcats host Prosper Richland on Tuesday before traveling to Prosper for the second game Friday.

Krum enters the week with an 8-7-1 overall record after a difficult start to district play. The Bobcats dropped both games of their opening series against Frisco Panther Creek last week, falling 8-0 and 6-0.

The Lady Bobcats softball team begins District 10-4A play this week with two road games. Krum travels to Frisco Panther Creek on Tuesday before heading to Aubrey on Friday.

Krum enters district competition with a 12-4-2 record during the 2026 season. The Lady Bobcats are coming off a challenging week that included losses to Celina and Boyd, a program that has been among the top teams in Class 3A.

The Krum track and field teams were off last week due to spring break but will return to competition Thursday at the Jacksboro meet.

At the Sanger meet earlier this season, Krum recorded a notable performance from Lyla Elkington, who captured first place in the girls high jump.
