Waxahachie Lady Indians
The Lady Indians lead the pack, ranked No. 22 in Texas with a 30-1 overall record. They’re undefeated in district play at 10-0, they carry along a team rating of 23.27 and a 7.1 strength-of-schedule indicator. Expect the Lady Indians to continue dominating in the ranks as the postseason approaches.
Aledo Ladycats
The Ladycats softball team are also turning heads, being ranked 73rd in the state with an 18-9 overall record. They’re perfect in district sitting at 8-0, led by standout performances from Kyleigh Pawlak who carries a .408 batting average. Along with Delaney Rosser who holds a .547 on-base percentage. Their team rating sits at 19.24 with a 13.1 strength rating, highlighting their potential in tight contests.
Boyd Lady Jackets
The Lady Jackets are undefeated in district play at 8-0, being ranked 75th statewide. With an overall 24-2 record, Boyd’s 18.74 rating is boosted by Gabby Salas who has six home runs and four stolen bases this season. Their strength rating of 4.4 indicates consistency across a balanced lineup.
Burleson Lady Elks
The Lady Elks are entering the stretch with an 18-5 overall record, 8-1 district and a 17.59 rating. They sit second in their district and carry a 7.8 strength metric, positioning them as a team capable of big upsets as postseason nears.
Brock Lady Eagles
The Lady Eagles are perfect in their district at 6-0, with an 18-9 overall score. Their ratings are sitting at 14.24 with an 8.4 strength score. Their consistent play could make them a contender deep into playoffs.
