Fort Worth –Aaron Beck’s All Saints Saints open TAPPS district play Friday at McNair Stadium after last week’s bye. The Saints are 5-0 following a strong non-district schedule that included four road wins.
Quarterback Gavin Beard has thrown for nearly 1,250 yards and 14 touchdowns this season. Half of those scoring passes have gone to receiver Hudson Reasor. Defensively, All Saints has recorded 19 sacks and 50 tackles for loss.
The Saints face Grapevine Faith Christian at 7 p.m. The Lions are 4-0 and averaging 64 points per game, posing a major test for the All Saints defense.
Lady Saints volleyball swept Fort Worth Christian on Tuesday and sits at 18-5 overall and 6-1 in TAPPS play. They travel west this weekend to face Midland Christian on Friday and Trinity Christian-Lubbock on Saturday.
