All Saints athletics adjusted its basketball schedule this week due to the winter weather forecast for Friday night. The boys and girls teams moved their games against Midland Christian to Thursday, while Saturday’s matchups with Trinity Christian–Lubbock will be rescheduled for a later date.
On the court, the Lady Saints dropped a 44-24 decision to Grapevine Faith Christian on Tuesday and now stand at 5-11 overall and 1-7 in TAPPS District 1-5A play. The Saints boys also faced Grapevine Faith and came up just short in a competitive 60-56 loss. They are now 7-16 overall and 2-6 in district action.
Soccer schedules were unaffected by the weather. Both teams played their scheduled doubleheader against Grapevine Faith Christian on Thursday. The Lady Saints entered the match at 9-1 after a dominant 9-0 win over THESA on Jan. 15. They have allowed just one goal in their last four matches and are unbeaten in their last three defensively. The boys stood at 6-2-1 after a 3-2 win over THESA last week.
