This All Saints Saints Sports Minute is brought to you by Double Eagle
A couple of seasons are wrapping up for All Saints athletics this week, including baseball and softball.
Baseball concludes with a series against Southwest Christian. The series started Thursday and ends Friday. All Saints entered the series 7-16 overall and 1-9 in TAPPS 1-5A play. The Saints dropped both meetings to Grapevine Faith Christian last week, 14-1 and 9-8.
The final series for Lady Saints softball is this weekend on the road in West Texas at Trinity Christian-Lubbock. The Lady Saints are 9-13 overall and 0-10 in TAPPS 1-5A play.
Lacrosse has qualified for the playoffs. All Saints is 8-4. Last Friday, the Saints defeated Bishop Lynch, then split two matches with Hillcrest earlier this week.
The boys and girls golf teams will compete at the TAPPS 1-5A tournament at Hawks Creek Golf Course in Fort Worth. The one-day event will determine regional qualifiers.
Finally, Aaron Beck’s football program begins preparations for the 2026 season. Spring football starts Monday.
