The Alvord High School cheer team will compete at the 2026 UIL Spirit State Championships in the 2A-DI Game Day division. The team is scheduled to perform on Panel C inside the hall at 4:45 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 15, at the Fort Worth Convention Center. If Alvord advances past the preliminary round, the team will compete again in the finals, which begin at 7:44 p.m. Thursday in the hall.
