Winter weather forced Cleburne athletics to adjust its basketball and soccer schedules this week. Tuesday’s contests, basketball at Burleson Centennial and soccer at Joshua, were moved to Wednesday, conditions permitting, due to school district closures. Friday’s schedule for both sports is expected to proceed as planned.
Lady Jackets basketball now ranks No. 21 in the state Class 5A poll. Cleburne entered the week 20-8 overall and 9-0 in District 8-5A.
