Last week, Cleburne swept Mansfield Summit, 12-0 and 5-4, to improve to 20-7 overall and 7-5 in District 8-5A. The Jackets have won seven straight games, including a 10-0 non-district victory over Dallas Carter on April 11.
At the area track meet in Joshua last week, Cleburne’s regional qualifiers included Nico Flores in the 800 meters, Braydon Deskins in the 1,600 meters, CJ Kensley in the high jump and Giselle Aguilar in the girls 400 meters.
