CORSICANA, Texas — Corsicana will look to bounce back tonight when the Tigers host Waco in their home opener at Community National Bank and Trust Stadium. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m.
Both teams enter the matchup at 0-1. Corsicana dropped its opener last week at Cleburne, 24-3, after trading early field goals but struggling to generate offense the rest of the way. The Tigers also committed a pair of turnovers that stalled drives. Waco is also looking to recover after a 30-6 loss to Granbury in Week 1.

In other action, Corsicana volleyball will host West Mesquite tonight, while the Tigers’ cross country teams competed Thursday in Waco after running last week in Burleson.
