DECATUR, Texas — Decatur hosts Graham Friday at Eagle Stadium in a 7 p.m. kickoff. The Eagles are 0-2, while Graham is 2-1. Decatur’s second game of the season at Denison was canceled due to weather.
Last week, Decatur lost 35-24 to Argyle Liberty Christian. Quarterback Rhys Ragan passed for 255 yards and two touchdowns in the effort. The Eagles look to continue that performance against the Steers, who defeated Whitesboro 35-7.
Third-ranked Decatur volleyball continues District 7-4A play this week. The Lady Eagles played at Bridgeport Tuesday and host Lake Worth Friday. They are 27-3 overall, 2-0 in league play, and riding a six-match winning streak.
Decatur cross country teams compete Friday at the Round Rock McNeil Invitational. Last week at Azle, the girls won the team title and the boys finished second.
