With the 2025-26 athletics season complete, attention is already turning toward the Graham football program and the upcoming season.
Coach Clay McChristian and the Steers are wrapping up offseason workouts as preparations continue for the 2026 campaign. Programs below Class 5A are not permitted to conduct formal spring football practices, but teams continue to work through athletics periods during the offseason.
Graham is coming off another strong season after finishing 9-4 in 2025 and advancing to the Class 4A Division II Region I semifinals.
One of the biggest questions facing the Steers is replacing graduating quarterback Jace Gill. Gill accounted for 3,200 total yards and 27 touchdowns last season. He passed for nearly 2,300 yards and 17 touchdowns while also rushing for more than 900 yards and 10 scores.
