The Denton Guyer High School cheer team will compete at the 2026 UIL Spirit State Championships in the 6A-DII Game Day division. The team is scheduled to perform on Panel D inside the hall at 10:08 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 17, at the Fort Worth Convention Center. If Guyer advances past the preliminary round, the team will compete again in the finals, which begin at 6:19 p.m. Thursday, in the arena.
