Kerens rolled to a 33-14 homecoming win over Scurry Rosser on Friday to improve to 4-1. The Bobcats’ defense limited the Wildcats to 162 total yards and forced two interceptions. Kerens has won four straight games.
The Bobcats have scored at least 33 points in three straight games. District 8-2A play begins Oct. 10.
Lady Bobcats volleyball began this week 12-16 overall and 0-2 in District 21-2A. They faced Alba-Golden in non-district play Tuesday and return to league action Friday at Cross Roads.
