The Paradise Panthers return home Tuesday night for a District 10-3A matchup against Valley View, with NTX Varsity Sports providing live coverage of the second game of a doubleheader.
First pitch for Game 2 is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., with pregame coverage beginning at 7:00 p.m. The broadcast will be available exclusively on NTXVarsitySports.com.
Paradise enters the night at 17-4 overall and sits atop the district standings with a perfect 4-0 record. The Panthers have built early momentum in district play and continue to establish themselves as one of the top teams in Class 3A.
Valley View comes in at 4-14 overall and 1-5 in district play, currently sitting sixth in the standings. Despite the record, district games late in the season can carry added importance as teams look to play spoiler and build momentum.
Tuesday’s contest marks the Panthers’ return to district action following a non-district matchup against North Side on Saturday.
With two games scheduled between the teams on the same night, adjustments, pitching depth, and momentum could all play a factor heading into the second game, making the 7:30 matchup one to watch.
