As the 2025-26 athletics season comes to a close for Springtown, several standout moments helped define another successful year for the Porcupines.
Coach Brian Hulett’s football team once again delivered a strong campaign during the fall. The Porcupines captured the District 5-4A championship, completed a perfect 10-0 regular season and finished 12-1 after advancing to the Class 4A Division I Region I semifinals.
Springtown appears positioned for another strong run in 2026 with rising senior quarterback Kaine Hill returning to lead the offense. Hill accounted for more than 3,200 total yards from scrimmage and 47 touchdowns during the 2025 season.
Volleyball also enjoyed a historic season. The Lady Porcupines set a school record with 43 victories and advanced to the Class 4A Division I state quarterfinals.
Baseball added another highlight by sharing a district championship and reaching the Class 4A Division I Region I semifinals.
Springtown now turns its attention toward a new district alignment following February’s UIL realignment. The 2026-27 athletics season officially begins Aug. 1.
